Tony entrusted us with the task of plumbing and wiring the vehicle, and after seeing the level of detail and commitment he had already invested, we knew we had to match it with our highest standard of workmanship.

We began by specifying a comprehensive electronics package centered around the @haltech Nexus R5, complemented by a PD16, TC-8, 15-button keypad, UC-10, four shock travel sensors, twin 12-position rotary switches, IGN1A coils, and a driveshaft speed sensor. All components were integrated using custom Tefzel harnesses for both the Nexus R5 and PD16, ensuring reliability and precision.

Next, we focused on sensor integration, installing eight Honeywell pressure sensors to monitor critical systems and ensure complete data acquisition throughout the car.

In high-performance automotive applications, proper plumbing is critical, and Aeroflow ensures this with its range of hardline and 200 Series hose systems being used on Tony's car. The Aeroflow hardline provides a rigid, durable solution for fuel, oil, and brake lines, offering a clean, professional look and high resistance to pressure and heat. Complementing this, the 200 Series stainless steel braided hose delivers exceptional flexibility and strength, ideal for tight engine bays and complex routing. Together, these systems allow for reliable fluid transfer while maintaining peak performance and aesthetic appeal, making them a top choice for custom builds and motorsport setups.

Tony supplied a set of retrimmed Coulson seats that required custom mounting. To ensure optimal driver comfort and ergonomics, we had Tony sit in the vehicle while we positioned the seats to his preference. Once the seating position was finalized, we carefully located the shifter to achieve ideal reach and alignment. The setup was further enhanced with personalized shifter plates and a custom ignition switch from Billet Automotive Buttons, adding both functionality and a refined finish to the interior.

Everything on the car has a place, and a purpose. Everything possible has been tucked and hidden especially anything not required in the engine bay.

As always it was tuned by our choice of tuner Matt Ashley for the run in tune. With the car making 900hp+ on the roller on 17psi. After Tony has put some km on the car we will take it to the hub dyno and see what we can squeeze out of it.

Impress Race Fab delivered outstanding workmanship on the roll cage, differential, Gazzard rear suspension, and anti-roll bar (ARB), showcasing exceptional attention to detail and fabrication quality.

This will be one to look out for at the track in the near future, with Tony's plans to tech and race the car, with the end goal of dipping into the 8's.
